Job summary

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and typically 3–6 years in material handling. The base pay range is $70,000–$75,000 yearly, with compensation based on experience, location, and company policy.

• Entry level leadership role with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production associates performing loading/unloading of freight.
• Oversees inventory counts, replenishments and returns.
• Monitors safety procedures and ensures policy compliance.
• Coaches subordinates and resolves questions or problems.
• Ensures accuracy and conformance to procedures across multiple systems.
