You will own sites through full lifecycles—from greenfield builds to production and decommissioning—balancing build deadlines with quality and partner dependencies. This role requires strong incident response, vendor management, and a bias for automated, scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data center operations
• Experience managing multi-site data center fleets
• Hands-on experience with IT hardware (servers, network devices, cabling)
• Experience owning sites across full lifecycle: builds, steady state, decommissioning
• Experience managing 24x7 on-call operations and incident escalation

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and manage Data Center Engineers on-site across the US.
• Run 24x7 on-call rotation and define coverage models and SLAs.
• Own build timelines from site readiness to production handoff and validation.
