Job summary

Cloudflare, Inc. is hiring for a role focused on maintaining and improving the global data center and network infrastructure.

You will work with SRE, Network Engineering, and partners to ensure availability across 330+ cities and 125+ countries, leveraging AI to automate and streamline operations. You will manage remote contractors, coordinate deployments in remote colocation facilities, and handle program management tasks such as prioritization and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
• Direct experience executing on complex data center/infrastructure projects.
• Experience running and improving operational processes in a rapidly changing environment.
• Experience with data center/infrastructure deployment, migration, decommissioning.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive learner with ability to handle multiple tasks; proficient in JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage datacenter tasks, working with hardware manufacturers, datacenter and network providers, logistics partners and other service providers.
• Maintain Data Center environment operational availability.
• Leverage AI tools to automate tasks, accelerate documentation, and speed up troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, MOPs, etc.
• Support and configure network infrastructure where required.
• Provide feedback to internal teams and vendors.
