Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking an experienced Data Center Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our AI/HPC infrastructure. You will oversee NVIDIA B300 clusters, GPU/ x86 servers, storage systems, and high-speed networks, ensuring uptime and high availability across the site.

You will manage a team of Operations Engineers, schedule shifts, drive incident resolution, and continuously improve SOPs and preventive maintenance programs while coordinating with engineering and facilities teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Data Center ops / IT infra / HPC AI infra.
• Minimum 2 years in team leadership.
• Experience managing 24x7 shift ops in mission-critical env.
• Experience with large-scale AI/HPC clusters.
• Strong knowledge of DC operations and infra management (GPU/CPU/storage).
• Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU architecture, NVLink/NVSwitch, and AI cluster deployment concepts.
• Server hardware troubleshooting, firmware management, and hardware lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Data Center site ensuring availability and reliability of all infrastructure.
• Supervise and manage a team of Operations Engineers including staffing, performance, and development.
• Ensure 24x7 coverage and coordinate cross-functional incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of AI/HPC infrastructure (NVIDIA B300 Clusters, GPUs, x86, storage).
• Establish and improve SOPs, EOPs, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor site health, KPIs, incidents, and performance; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate hardware installation, rack-and-stack, system commissioning, and lifecycle management.
• Review maintenance, changes, incident reports, and shift handover records.
