Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a Data Center Operations specialist to maintain and support AI/HPC infrastructure, including NVIDIA B300 clusters and GPU servers. The role involves rack-and-stack, cabling, and detailed hardware diagnostics in a 24x7 shift environment.

You will monitor servers, GPUs, storage, and networking gear, perform firmware upgrades, and assist with OS provisioning and cluster expansion. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a tech field.
• Experience in Data Center operations or hardware maintenance preferred.
• Willingness to work a 24x7 shift rotation, including nights.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Data Center infrastructure for high availability.
• Install, rack and stack, cabling, and troubleshoot AI/HPC cluster hardware.
• Monitor health of servers, GPUs, storage, and network devices.
• Perform hardware replacement, BIOS/BMC/Firmware upgrades, diagnostics.
• Support provisioning, OS installation, cluster expansion, and burn-in testing.
• Escalate incidents per procedures; maintain logs and shift reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, network, and infra teams for deployments.
