Job summary

Bitdeer is a world-leading technology company providing AI and Bitcoin mining infrastructure solutions. The Data Center Operations Lead will oversee the daily site operations, manage a team of Operations Engineers, and ensure continuous, high-availability performance of AI/HPC infrastructure, including NVIDIA B300 clusters and GPU servers.

The role requires strong Linux administration, engineering leadership, and hands-on support during incidents, with responsibilities spanning SOP/EOP

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center operations, IT infrastructure, or HPC/AI infrastructure management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership or people management.
Experience with 24x7 shift operations in a mission-critical environment is preferred.
Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU architecture, NVLink, NVSwitch, and AI cluster deployment concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of the Data Center site, ensuring availability and reliability of infrastructure and systems.
Supervise and manage a team of Operations Engineers, including staffing, scheduling, performance management, and development.
Ensure 24x7 operational coverage and adequate staffing to support business and customer requirements.
Act as primary escalation point for operational incidents and coordinate cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
