Job summary

Bitdeer in Needham, MA is hiring a Data Center Operations Engineer to maintain and optimize AI/HPC infrastructure, including NVIDIA B300 clusters, GPU servers, x86 servers, storage, and high-speed networks.

You will install, rack, cable, and troubleshoot hardware, monitor system health, perform firmware upgrades, and support OS provisioning and cluster expansion. A 24x7 shift rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in data center operations or hardware maintenance is preferred.
• Familiarity with GPU clusters and high-speed networking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain data center infrastructure for high availability.
• Install, rack and stack, cabling, and configure AI/HPC cluster infrastructure.
• Monitor cluster health and perform hardware upgrades and diagnostics.
• Support server provisioning, OS installation, and cluster expansion.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues and document incidents.
• Maintain logs, SOPs, and operation reports; participate in shift handovers.
• Collaborate with engineering and networking teams on deployments and improvements.
• Work a 24x7 shift rotation including nights, weekends, and holidays.
