Job summary

Bitdeer, a world-leading AI and Bitcoin mining infrastructure company, is seeking a Data Center Operations Engineer to maintain high availability across GPU servers and AI/HPC clusters. You will install, rack and stack, perform firmware upgrades, and coordinate with engineering for deployments.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS/EE, basic Linux admin skills, and willingness to work a 24x7 shift. Experience with NVIDIA B300 systems, InfiniBand networks, and structured cabling is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS/EE or related fields.
• Basic Linux administration and system monitoring.
• Familiarity with InfiniBand/RoCE and high-speed networks.
• Willingness to work 24x7 shift rotation.
• Experience with AI/HPC infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of Data Center infrastructure to ensure high availability.
• Install, rack and stack, cabling, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AI/HPC cluster infrastructure (NVIDIA B300, GPU/Servers).
• Monitor health of servers, GPUs, storage, networking devices, and related infrastructure.
• Perform hardware replacements, firmware upgrades, and diagnostics.
• Support provisioning, OS installation, cluster expansion, network validation, and burn-in testing.
• Troubleshoot hardware and infrastructure issues and document incidents.
