Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Data Center Manager in Dallas to lead onsite DCT personnel, monitor infrastructure, and coordinate preventative maintenance across multiple sites. You will ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Role requires 5+ years in data centers and 3+ years supervisory experience; LEED certification is a bonus. The position follows a 24x7 rotation and office-like hours when projects allow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years data center experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good supervisory skills.
• People management skills.
• Mentor individuals to ensure employees can move up.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day duties of the onsite DCT personnel across one or multiple sites.
• Ensure the monitoring of all infrastructure on site and elevate as needed to various departments within the organization.
• Develop, schedule and monitor a preventative maintenance program to keep equipment in proper working condition.
• Ensure site is kept clean at all times.
• Plan and implement a continual work schedule to maintain Company property in a safe and healthy condition.
• Oversee and coordinate activities of contractors engaged in maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Maintain a positive relationship with all customers/clients at their facilities.
