• Ability to coordinate projects to meet quality, scope, and cost.
• Ability to lead teams and work with or without direct reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data center operations and 24x7 staffing.
• Manage multiple teams, some remote, and coordinate complex installations.
• Interview new hires and support staff development.
• Deliver regular employee communications and performance reviews.
• Plan staffing to meet business needs and shift coverage.
• Drive on-time project completion and delivery of services.
• Maintain facility standards, security, and capacity metrics.
• Provide leadership in resolving customer issues.
