Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to upgrade server components and ensure reliable hardware lifecycle.
• Guide and coach less experienced technicians on hardware and power distribution best practices.
• Validate cabling and network connectivity, and sign off on client configurations.
• Mentor technicians and resolve resiliency, reliability, and availability risks.
• Ensure safety, security, compliance and site rules during on-site work.
