Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators.
• Manage performance of diverse teams across locations.
• Develop career paths for employees and update internal tools.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels.
• Ensure day-to-day data center operations including queue management and 24/7 shift arrangement.
