• 2+ years of TCP/IP networking, network cabling, fiber, optic types, and test equipment experience.
• 2+ years of in a management or team lead function experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators.
• Manage the performance of a diverse team of data center operation professionals across locations.
• Develop career paths for employees and update internal tools.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels.
• Ensure day-to-day data center operations are efficient, including queue management and 7/24 shift arrangements.
• Lead large-scale outages and coordinate call leadership to minimize impact.
