Job summary

Equinix, Inc. in Miami seeks a Data Center Customer Operations Technician IV to deliver top-tier customer service and technical support inside our data centers. You will own complex requests, drive timely resolutions, and ensure successful delivery of critical infrastructure services.

You will troubleshoot complex challenges, coordinate installations, provide Smart Hands support, and mentor teammates, while prioritizing tasks to meet SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations or critical infrastructure.
• Advanced troubleshooting and independent work ability.
• Experience handling complex customer requests and prioritization.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, cross-connects, and power infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and fulfill complex, time-sensitive customer requests with focus on quality.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Coordinate installations, de-installations, and modifications of cabinets, cross-connects, power, and cable containment.
• Deliver Smart Hands support for equipment and connectivity.
• Prioritize multiple requests while meeting SLAs.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
