Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer for Data Centers in Colorado City, TX. The role supports the Chief Engineer in operating mission-critical data center facilities, leading technical teams, and driving reliability and efficiency across power, cooling, and network infrastructure.

You will manage maintenance programs, coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet safety and regulatory standards, and respond to incidents with root-cause analysis and after-hours

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations and management.
Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure including power distribution and cooling.
Proficiency with facility management software and building automation systems.

Responsibilities

Assist in the management and coordination of data center facility operations and maintenance.
Supervise and mentor technical staff including engineers and technicians.
Monitor critical systems performance such as power, cooling, and network infrastructure.
