Job summary
Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks an Assistant Chief Engineer for Colorado City, TX, focused on data center facility operations and maintenance. You will lead technical staff, coordinate incident response, and ensure reliability of power, cooling, and network infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations and management.
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure including power distribution and cooling.
- Familiarity with ASHRAE, TIA, and Uptime Institute standards.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Certification in at least one relevant area (CDCP or DCPRO).
Responsibilities
- Assist in management and coordination of data center facility operations and maintenance.
- Supervise and mentor technical staff, including engineers and technicians.
- Monitor and analyze critical systems performance (power, cooling, network).
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades.
- Respond to incidents and provide after-hours support.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for management and clients.
