Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive tech-based operations or data center experience.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Solid understanding of data center industry and best practices.
• Ability to coordinate projects to meet TierPoint quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise data center activities to ensure uptime and performance.
• Lead and mentor technicians; manage staffing plans and performance reviews.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems; coordinate vendor activities.
• Respond to incidents; document root cause analyses and follow-up actions.
• Ensure security, compliance (PCI, ISO 27001, SOC 2) and proper record-keeping.
