Dataone seeks a Director of Data Center Operations to lead Tier III colocation facilities, vendor management, and client service delivery in a high-availability environment. You will drive uptime, capacity planning, and compliance programs while guiding cross-functional teams and partner contracts.

The role requires extensive experience in mission-critical operations, strong leadership, and the ability to execute strategic initiatives that support multi-tenant workloads and adherence to SLAs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities or IT with electrical focus.
• 8–12+ years in mission-critical ops; leadership exp.
• Experience managing vendors and service contracts.
• Familiarity with ISO, SOC 2, PCI-DSS and audits is a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily Tier III data center operations (mechanical, electrical, IT).
• Ensure 100% uptime through proactive maintenance and incident response.
• Lead capacity planning, space and power forecasting, infrastructure optimization.
• Manage third-party vendors, SLAs, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS and internal audits.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis.
