Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering, maintenance or facility operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, chilled water, DA/air systems, and electrical systems.
• Experience leading teams, training staff, and coordinating with contractors.
• Proven ability to manage preventive maintenance programs and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineering personnel, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for facility equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with clients to minimize disruption.
• Monitor critical systems (HVAC, fire alarm, electrical, BAS) and verify performance.
• Respond to emergencies and lead troubleshooting for complex facility issues.
• Drive operational improvements and resource planning.
• Build relationships with clients and vendors to support business objectives.
