Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an FM Engineering Operations Manager (Data Centers) to lead Maintenance and Tech Leads, ensuring uptime, reliability, and operational excellence across critical electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems.

You will drive preventive maintenance, coordinate escalations, manage budgets (OpEx/CapEx), collaborate with IT, project teams, and HSE, and model CBRE values while guiding teams in safety and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3–5 years of engineering management experience.
• Experience in data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Ability to guide senior technicians and manage 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct Maintenance and Tech Leads to ensure 24/7 uptime.
• Oversee scheduling, escalations, and cross-training across shifts.
• Manage site budget (OpEx/CapEx) and vendor relations.
• Develop site goals and improve infrastructure efficiency (PUE).
