Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to lead 24x7 datacenter campus operations, ensuring uptime and SLA delivery across multiple facilities. The role includes budgeting, safety, and coordination with security, safety, and engineering teams in a fast-growing data center environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in critical facilities, vendor management, and strategic program delivery, with a track record of operational excellence and sustainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 10 years’ experience or minimum of 12-15 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex project documents, AutoCAD, Visio, and PDF documents.
• Ability to estimate cost of client installations and other assigned projects. Cost tracking for all projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute campus 24x7 datacenter operations.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Oversee electrical and mechanical infrastructure and uptime.
• Develop and implement SOPs and safety procedures.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract administration.
• Drive sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.
