Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in a similar or leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Business Management, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Critical Facilities Managers and engineers for data center operations.
• Oversee MEP facilities management, vendor relations, and building maintenance across a global portfolio.
• Coordinate office renovations and expansions with architects, space planners, and contractors.
• Ensure contract compliance and drive profitability and KPI attainment.
