Job summary

JLL is seeking a Critical Facilities Manager for our data center operations. You will oversee day-to-day facilities management, maintenance, and optimization of data center infrastructure to ensure reliability, efficiency, and security.

You will lead engineering teams, coordinate upgrades with IT, and supervise staff while driving capacity planning and budgeting. The role emphasizes leadership, vendor management, and adherence to industry standards, with a focus on energy efficiency and disaster

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations and management.
• In-depth knowledge of power distribution, cooling, and network architecture.
• Worked with Work Order Management Systems; Corrigo knowledge preferred.
• Strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainability in data centers.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for critical infrastructure systems across data center facilities.
• Lead engineering teams in root cause analysis and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Coordinate with IT to plan infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for equipment and services.
• Analyze data center performance metrics and implement efficiency improvements.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Supervise and mentor facilities team members.
• Participate in capacity planning and budgeting processes.
