Actalent in Spokane, WA is seeking a Project Engineer to join our fast-growing offsite manufacturing team supporting data center and commercial construction projects. You will develop and manage project plans, schedules, scopes of work, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive procurement, logistics, and financial tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with scheduling and coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain project plans, schedules, and scopes of work for offsite manufacturing and construction projects.
• Manage procurement and purchasing activities, coordinating with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Oversee supply chain coordination to support project timelines and offsite manufacturing needs.
• Track project financials, including budgeting, estimating, and cost tracking.
• Assist with financial oversight by reviewing change orders and monitoring cost impacts on projects.
• Coordinate logistics and vendor communication for efficient material flow and on-time delivery.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and schedule tracking using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Interpret shop drawings and support construction sequencing for MEP/HVAC systems.
• Support project managers and field teams with technical documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve coordination.
• Communicate proactively with team members, vendors, and field personnel to resolve issues.
