Job summary

Data Center TALNT is seeking an on-site Project Engineer in Aurora, Colorado to join the construction management team delivering AWS data center infrastructure. You will work with managers, GC's, and cross-functional teams across networking, commissioning, and operations to support large-scale facilities with a focus on MEP systems and QA levels L1-L5.

Qualifications

• This role requires 4+ years in construction project engineering, coordination, or management.
• Experience with large-scale projects involving MEP systems is preferred.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site construction management for hyperscale data center infrastructure.
• Assist with quality control documentation, safety tracking, and closeout processes.
• Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Maintain project management and document control systems for reporting.
• Review MOP documentation for completeness and risk awareness.
