Job summary

Astreya Partners seeks a Network Operations Engineer II to manage and troubleshoot a global Data Center network from Denver. You will own escalated Tier 1 issues, coordinate with engineering for incident resolution, and contribute to automation and monitoring improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in network operations with DC focus, strong routing/switching skills, and experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems. Onsite work in Denver with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
5+ years of network operations experience, with a focus on Data Center networks.
Certifications preferred: CCNP, JNCIP, ITIL v4.

Responsibilities

Operate and troubleshoot globally distributed Data Center network including routing and switching devices.
Take ownership of escalated Tier 1 issues and drive to resolution.
Monitor network incidents, document steps, and maintain logs in ticketing systems.
Develop change documentation for VLANs, subnets, and DNS modifications.
