Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot global Data Center network, routing and switching.
• Perform fault isolation for Layer 1–3 issues.
• Own escalated cases and drive resolution.
• Support incident response and coordination with facilities.
• Develop monitoring dashboards and automate improvements.
