Job summary

Astreya in Denver on-site is seeking a Network Operations II with hands-on NOC and datacenter experience. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across vendor switches (Arista, Cisco, Nvidia, Accton) in a fast-paced environment and work Wed-Sat 4x10.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in NOC, strong knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs, and solid documentation and collaboration skills. Salary range 72,960 - 115,200 USD with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of NOC experience in a datacenter or large-scale network environment.
• Strong knowledge of switches and networking protocols (Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs).
• Experience with Arista, Celestica, Cisco, Nvidia, Accton preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
• Excellent troubleshooting and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure across datacenter and NOC environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple vendor switches (Arista, Celestica, Cisco, Nvidia, Accton).
• Respond to incidents and outages with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network outages and resolve issues.
• Document network changes, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring critical issues are addressed promptly.
• Be a resource and provide guidance for fellow team members and peers.
