Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in a NOC, service desk, data center, facilities ops, or similar role.
• Strong written documentation and professional phone communication.
• Basic understanding of incident management, ticketing, escalation, severity, and handoffs.
• Familiar with infrastructure concepts such as power, cooling, alarms, circuits, network connectivity, sites, vendors, and business impact.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Able to follow runbooks precisely and seek help when needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor gray-space critical facilities alerts and validate alarm details.
• Create and update tickets, contact defined escalation paths, and document actions.
• Communicate clearly during handoffs and maintain accurate operational records.
• Contribute to 24/7 monitoring and incident triage for a data center environment.
