Job summary

AST SpaceMobile seeks a NOC Infrastructure Engineer to monitor and triage the physical network and compute layer across global production, lab, and test workloads. You will manage data center hardware, routing behavior, and OSS integrations, driving reliability and rapid incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 7+ years in datacenter operations or physical compute engineering.
• Strong Cisco networking skills, CCNP or higher preferred, with AWS networking experience.
• Hands-on hardware, server platforms, and datacenter telemetry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and ensure stability of telco data center compute and network layers.
• Diagnose hardware, firmware, and OS issues across Linux/Windows in a 24/7 NOC.
• Collaborate with SRE, cloud, network, and platform teams to sustain high availability.
