Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related discipline.
• ITIL Certification preferred but not essential.
• Certification in Asset Health Monitoring platforms (Solarwinds, Splunk, AppDynamics, or related) preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provides SME to support teams to resolve priority issues and complex requests.
• Supports projects by guiding technicians across the sub function as SME.
• Provides back up coverage to the Supervisor during times of absence.
