Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Network Operations Lead to oversee fiber deployment, testing, and maintenance across critical environments. The role requires hands-on hardware repair, CLI diagnostics, and leadership of technicians to deliver 24/7/365 support.

Candidates should have a technical degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years IT support and 2+ years of people management, plus strong documentation practices and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on data center ops experience.
• 5+ years IT support, hardware diagnostics, and repair in enterprise environments.
• 2+ years people management, supervision, team lead, mentoring, or equivalent responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based technical teams to meet SLA targets.
• Oversee hardware repair across server/storage/network gear.
• Perform advanced diagnostics using CLI tools and manage escalations.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to field personnel.
• Maintain incident resolution docs and root-cause analyses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for upgrades and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs/CMOPs and safety standards.
