Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center FieldOps Service Lead to drive continuous improvement and manage day-to-day field operations, including installations and repairs. You will lead rack installations, oversee fiber optics understanding, assign action items, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet client and EOS standards.

The role requires global team leadership, strong networking knowledge, and a focus on service quality, safety and reporting across data center projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing global technical teams and enterprise network deployments.
• Strong understanding of routers, switches, dynamic routing, and circuit troubleshooting.
• Experience with process improvement and automation to streamline workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change control and maintenance in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing and completing data center and network installation projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, defining scope, schedule, budget and risks.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and subcontractors.
• Oversee resource allocation of personnel, equipment and materials.
• Establish rigorous quality control to meet specs and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans to keep projects on time and within scope.
• Monitor budgets and report expenses, spotting cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide status reports and updates to leadership and clients.
• Lead post-project reviews and drive continuous improvements.
