Job summary

EOS IT Solutions seeks a Data Center Network Operations Lead to oversee hardware repair, fiber splicing, and 24/7/365 network support across large-scale environments. This role requires deep technical expertise, team leadership, and strong problem-solving in high-availability settings.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will lead field teams, coordinate escalations, ensure SLA adherence, and mentor technicians while prioritizing safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience in data center operations or IT support.
• 5+ years of IT support, hardware diagnostics, and repair in enterprise environments.
• 2+ years of people management, supervision, team lead, mentoring, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based technical teams to deliver operators across 24/7 environments.
• Oversee ticket queues, SLA adherence, and escalations; mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain documentation for incident resolution and repair procedures.
