Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Network Deploy Technician to join our infrastructure operations team in Manassas, VA. You will scale support across data centers, assist capacity planning, and collaborate with customers and vendors to drive project execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will leverage experience in large-scale networks and network deployment, troubleshooting, and operational procedures to maintain reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 1+ years of experience in Data Center Operations or technical project management, or similar technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Scale support of several data center locations and assist in capacity management.
• Work closely with internal customers and external vendors to facilitate project execution as directed by Network Leadership and Technical Project Managers.
• Provide management and support of AWS’ vast network infrastructure and follow best practices.
