Job summary

AWS is seeking a Network Deploy Technician to join our Infrastructure Operations team. You will support the stability and automation of our global networks, scale data centre capacity, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive project execution.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle day-to-day network deployment tasks, and help refine operational procedures while maintaining safety and security standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.

Responsibilities

• Managing work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows to complete customer requests and projects.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Troubleshooting networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords.
• Specifying Power and Cooling requirements and ensuring Hardware Racking/Stacking completed for new equipment.
• Participating in the migration, basic configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.
