Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage work and priorities through ticketing systems to fulfill customer requests and projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Troubleshoot networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels.
• Specify Power and Cooling requirements and ensure Hardware Racking/Stacking for new equipment.
