Job summary

IREN in the United States is seeking a Construction Supervisor - Network to lead installation of structured cabling, fiber optics, and network hardware for data center projects. You will supervise field teams and subcontractors across electrical, mechanical, and IT disciplines, ensuring safety and design standards are met.

Candidates should have 5+ years in network infrastructure with supervision experience, knowledge of TIA/EIA and BICSI standards, and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in network infrastructure installation or low-voltage construction, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience in data center or mission-critical environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and technicians installing network infrastructure.
• Review drawings and work packages to ensure installations meet design standards and client requirements.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates to Construction/Project Manager.
• Conduct inspections to verify adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Oversee material deliveries, equipment staging and inventory for network components.
• Troubleshoot field issues and guide subcontractors as needed.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical and IT teams for proper integration.
