Job summary

IREN is seeking a Construction Supervisor - Network in Childress, TX to lead the installation and integration of structured cabling, fiber optics, and networking hardware for our data center builds. You will supervise field teams and subcontractors, coordinate across electrical, mechanical, and IT disciplines, and ensure safety and design standards are met.

With at least 5 years in network infrastructure and a proven track record in data centers or mission-critical facilities, you’ll read

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in network infrastructure installation or low-voltage construction.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role with data center or mission-critical facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optics, and networking hardware.
• Ability to read construction drawings, schematics, and specs.
• Certifications such as BICSI, RCDD, or OSHA 30 are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and technicians installing network infrastructure.
• Review drawings and work packages to ensure design standards.
• Monitor progress and report to the Construction Manager.
• Conduct inspections for safety and industry standards.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and IT teams for integration.
• Maintain documentation and change orders.
• Support commissioning and testing before handover.
