Daikin Applied seeks a National Accounts Director to lead the Data Centers vertical within the National Accounts team. You will set strategy, drive growth, and supervise a team, delivering profitable results at scale for key customers on a primarily remote basis with 50% travel.

The role requires 10+ years in sales or business development, including 6+ years in leadership, and a strong HVAC sales background with C-suite relationship experience across hyperscalers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales or business development; including 6+ years of people leadership experience.
• History of leading high-performing sales teams through rapid growth in the data center sector.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders across data center operators and hyperscalers.
• 5+ Years of related experience in HVAC sales.

Responsibilities

• Market development and strategic planning for the Data Center vertical market.
• Lead and coach the Data Center team to drive pipeline growth and profitability.
• Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and product development to support national accounts.
• Develop executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
