Job summary

Upchurch is seeking a Critical Environments Service Project Manager to lead data center service projects from planning through closeout. You will own scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and coordination with technicians, vendors, and customers in live environments to ensure uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in service operations or related technical fields.
• Experience managing projects in live operational environments (data centers preferred).
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage service projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and risks; maintain schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate procurement, staffing, and supplier relationships to meet client requirements.
• Lead customer progress meetings, provide status updates, and manage change requests.
• Ensure safety standards, compliance with MOPs/SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives.
