Job summary

Datacenter People is seeking two experienced Project Managers to support the delivery of complex mission-critical projects across the United States. You will own the delivery from start to finish, managing the client, project team, schedules, budgets and overall project execution with a strong onsite presence.

Travel is highly emphasized, with approximately 50–75% travel across the U.S., typically involving extended onsite engagements followed by remote work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex mission-critical projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Oversee commissioning activities across all project phases.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, billing and financial performance.
• Lead and coordinate technical field teams, contractors, vendors and client representatives.
• Manage project resources and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and changes to scope.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and in line with contractual requirements.
• Maintain strong communication between the client, design team, construction team and commissioning personnel.
• Support project closeout, documentation, reporting and lessons learned.
