Suffolk Construction is seeking a Project Manager for the Mission Critical Center of Excellence. This role focuses on data center and mission-critical construction across the United States, coordinating budgets, schedules, and procurement with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and client relations.

Responsibilities include leading field supervision teams, coordinating with owners and subcontractors, managing change orders, and ensuring timely project closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or applicable discipline.
• 5+ years of related experience in construction project management.
• Excellent business judgment with profitability focus and strong client/subcontractor relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and knowledge of contract and legal provisions.
• Ability to analyze financial trade-offs and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project resources and documentation through the full project lifecycle.
• Maintain budget and schedule; manage contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Manage risk, insurances, quality, and team progress; communicate with owner and project team.
• Attend and chair schedule/management meetings; oversee requisitions, payments, and cash flow.
• Closeout: deliver manuals, warranties, as-builts, and training to owner.
