Upchurch Industrial LLC is seeking a seasoned Service Project Manager to lead critical-environments projects for data centers. You will coordinate planning, execution, budgets, procurement, and stakeholder communications to ensure uptime and reliability.

The role requires managing projects in live environments, mitigating risks, and delivering on time with safety and quality adherence. Strong client-facing skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in service operations, mechanical construction, HVAC, electrical systems, or data centers.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with budget discipline.
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience working in live operational environments with uptime and reliability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage service projects from kickoff through final closeout.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, resource requirements, and execution strategies.
• Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with maintenance windows and operational constraints.
• Lead project execution within approved schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate startup meetings, planning sessions, and customer progress reviews.
• Ensure project documentation reflects status and commitments.
• Coordinate service/construction in live data center environments requiring uptime.
