The ideal candidate has an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering, with experience in design, estimating, and field supervision.

• Ability to read, comprehend, and recognize building plans and specifications.

• Interpret plans, detail sheets, and specs for contractors and supervisors.
• Review shop drawings before issuance to subcontractors.
