Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Data Center project near Alexandria, LA. You will manage safety, budgets, schedules, and trade contractors in collaboration with the Superintendent to drive on-time, within-budget results.

Responsibilities include coordinating RFI's, shop drawings, and ASIs; maintaining detailed schedules; leading cost reviews; and ensuring rigorous quality control per AP standards. Travel and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field with 6+ years' PM experience on projects >$5M.
• Alternate path: associate's degree in construction management with 8+ years PM experience.
• Proficiency with scheduling, spreadsheets, cost control, and project management software.
• OSHA 30 certification current or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Take leadership to ensure safety, schedule, and quality on the project.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and ASIs for coordination and implementation.
• Prepare and update detailed construction schedules with the Superintendent.
• Lead project estimate reviews, startup, interim, and closeout meetings.
• Manage contract process and payment applications, change orders, and submittals.
• Ensure timely submittals and project logs are up-to-date for progress meetings.
• Coordinate with design teams, owners, and subcontractors.
