Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is currently hiring for a Senior MEP Manager. This role will oversee the coordination and implementation of the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP) on regional projects from design coordination through completion and close out.

This role will initially be based on a large data center project near the Alexandria, LA area. Travelers are provided with per diem, trips, and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 8+ years of MEP and commercial construction experience for senior level; 10+ for director level with 5+ years in design or PM.
• LEED certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other 3D software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MEP function in a region to meet departmental goals and financial results.
• Coordinate projects to ensure subcontractors and client performance and communication.
• Analyze and report financial performance of projects and department.
• Collaborate with MEP team, Project Managers, and Superintendents to deliver results.
• Ensure client satisfaction and adherence to QA/QC standards.
