Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced Assistant MEP Manager to lead the MEP scope on a large data center project near Alexandria, Louisiana. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology systems from design coordination through project completion and closeout.

The role requires strong collaboration with designers, subcontractors and the client, ensuring safety, quality, and cost effectiveness while maintaining schedules and coordination

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 3+ years of MEP and commercial construction experience.
• LEED certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and direct MEP systems on a project from design coordination through completion and close out.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology work; supervise design and progress.
• Coordinate with local, city, state, and county codes and officials; ensure quality inspections and testing.
• Review RFIs, submittals, and Change Order Requests; support project pricing with accurate quantities.
• Foster collaboration among project participants and maintain a culture of safety and care.
