Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a Data Center project near Alexandria, LA. The role involves managing safety, budgets, contracts, schedules, and coordination with trade contractors in collaboration with the Superintendent.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of PM experience on projects >$5M, proficiency with Prolog, MS Project, P6, Procore, and Bluebeam, and a proven track record in cost control and schedule delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field; or an associate degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Six plus years of experience running construction projects with contract values >$5M.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to manage safety, budgets, contracts, schedules, and trade coordination.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and ASIs for coordination and implementation of project requirements.
• Prepare and update detailed construction schedules with the Superintendent and lead monthly progress meetings.
• Manage project costs, cash flow, and cost projections; prepare monthly pay applications to the owner.
