Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities for data center projects near Alexandria, LA. You will collaborate with the Superintendent/Project Manager to coordinate field operations, safety, scheduling, and trade contractor coordination.

The role requires a degree in construction management or related field with relevant experience, or substantial experience with related roles.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field with 2+ years of related experience, or HS diploma with 7+ years.
• Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, P6, Excel, AutoCAD and Revit.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities.
• Understand plans and maintain updated drawings.
• Schedule, procure tools, and train team on processes.
• Coordinate with trade contractors and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule; control costs.
• Ensure site safety and Zero Injury culture.
